About Us

We are are a peer led support system for survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence. Our goal is to create a safe and confidential space that fosters healing and connection, where survivors can share, heal and find community. This is a confidential space where every survivor’s voice will be respected and no one heals alone.

Through peer support and collective resilience, we strive to break the silence, reduce stigma and cultivate a community where survivors feel safe, seen and supported in reclaiming their lives.

First Steps...

Taking the first step can feel difficult. We are here to walk with you gently.

  • Free therapy: confidential space to heal through counselling and therapy.
  • Incidental healthcare support: covering healthcare costs so that survivors do not have to worry about the financial burden that often comes with healing.
  • Survivor-centered support groups: providing emotional and faith-based support in a safe non-judgemental environment.

What they say:

They say time heals all wounds. Unfortunately, that expression does not apply to the trauma of sexual abuse and sexual violence. Healing is not passive, it takes safety and truth.
