Our Services
Free Therapy
Professional, compassionate therapy sessions provided at no cost. You do not need to have the right words or a complete story to begin. You deserve a safe space to heal without judgment or financial barriers. Our therapy services are designed to support survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence with compassion and care that respects your pace.
What Therapy Looks Like With Us
Therapy with us is not about forcing you to relive painful experiences. It is about:
- Creating a safe and supportive environment
- Helping you process emotions at your own pace
- Rebuilding a sense of safety and control
- Supporting your mental, emotional, and (if you desire) spiritual healing
Incidental Healthcare Support
Healing is not only emotional, it can also involve caring for your physical health. We provide incidental healthcare support to help survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence access essential medical care related to their well-being and recovery.
What is Incidental Healthcare?
Incidental healthcare refers to medical support connected to your healing journey. This may include helping you access care for concerns that arise as a result of your experience, or that are affecting your overall well-being.
You do not need to navigate this alone.
How We Support You
We provide guidance, referrals, and support to help you access healthcare services. This may include:
- Medical checkups
- Referrals to trusted healthcare providers
- Support for sexual and reproductive health concerns
- STI testing and treatment referrals
- Access to medication when needed
- Follow-up care support
What to Expect
If you choose to access healthcare support through us:
- We will listen to your needs without judgment
- We will explain your options clearly
- You will decide what steps to take
- We will connect you to trusted providers when needed
Support Groups
Our support groups provide safe, confidential spaces where survivors can connect, share, listen and heal together at their own pace.
What Support Groups Are
Support groups are guided spaces where survivors come together to:
- Feel less alone
- Share experiences (if they choose)
- Listen and learn from others
- Receive encouragement and support
What Support Groups Are Not
Support groups are not:
- A place for judgment or criticism
- A space where anyone is forced to share
- A replacement for emergency or crisis services
Your safety and comfort are always prioritized.
Confidentiality
What is shared in the group stays within the group.
All participants agree to:
- Respect each other’s privacy
- Not share personal stories outside the group
- Create a safe and supportive environment
We offer both:
- Faith-sensitive groups (where spiritual support, may be included)
- General support groups (focused on emotional and psychological healing)
You are free to choose what feels most comfortable for you.
Who Facilitates the Groups?
Our groups are led by trained facilitators who:
- Understand trauma and its impact
- Guide conversations with care and sensitivity
- Ensure the space remains safe and respectful
Whether you feel ready to share, you prefer to listen quietly or you are just beginning your healing journey you can join our support group.
There is no “right way” to participate.
You Can Begin at Any Stage
Whether the experience happened recently or many years ago, support is available to you.
- You do not need proof.
- You do not need certainty.
- You only need a willingness to take one small step.
