Yes. Our therapy, support groups, and healthcare support are provided at no cost.
We believe that financial barriers should never prevent anyone from accessing care and healing.
Yes. Your privacy is very important to us.
Everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality. We will not share your information without your permission, except in rare situations where safety is at risk.
No. We do not share your information with your family, friends, or community.
You can also choose how and when we contact you to ensure your safety and privacy.
No. You are not required to report anything.
The decision to report is completely yours, and we will respect whatever choice you make.
That is okay.
Many survivors feel unsure or confused about their experiences. If something made you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or violated, it is worth talking about.
You are welcome to seek support even if you are not sure.
No. You can share as much or as little as you want.
You are in control of what you say, when you say it, and how much you choose to share.
After you fill out the form:
- A trained team member will contact you privately in 24 hours
- We will listen and understand your needs.
- You will choose the next steps that feel right for you
There is no pressure at any stage.
Therapy is a safe, confidential conversation with a trained professional.
You will not be forced to talk about anything you are not ready to discuss. Sessions move at your pace.
Support groups are safe spaces where survivors can connect.
You are not required to speak, you can listen if that feels more comfortable.
Yes.
Whether it happened recently or many years ago, your experience matters and you deserve support.
We are a faith-sensitive organization.
This means:
- Christian faith-based support is available if you want it
- It is never forced
- You are welcome regardless of your beliefs or where you are in your faith journey
That is completely normal. You can take your time, ask questions, and move at your own pace.
You are allowed to feel unsure and still take a small step toward support.
